The ground rules for walking with us

These terms govern your use of this website and any enquiry or booking made with Blessed Trek Nepal (registered as Blessed Trek), Nepal Tourism Board Reg. No. 391621/82/83. By using the site you agree to them.

• Use the site lawfully and only for planning travel with us.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
• Do not submit false information or other people's details without their permission.

Itineraries, altitudes, prices and photos are provided in good faith for guidance and may change without notice.

Sending an enquiry does not create a booking. A booking is confirmed only when we send written confirmation and receive your deposit.

• Trekking in the Himalaya involves real risks, including altitude sickness, remote terrain, weather and limited medical access. You are responsible for being fit enough for the trek you choose and for disclosing relevant medical conditions.
• Comprehensive travel insurance covering trekking to the maximum altitude of your route and helicopter evacuation is mandatory.
• You must hold a valid passport, visa and any permits we cannot obtain on your behalf.
• Your guide may change or end an itinerary for safety, weather, permit or political reasons. Their safety decisions are final.

The site's design, text and logo belong to us. Expedition photographs are used under Creative Commons licences and remain the property of their authors; see the Photo credits page for details.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events beyond our reasonable control such as natural disasters, strikes, flight cancellations, government action or illness.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the price you paid for that trek. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

The website is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

You agree to cover any loss we suffer because you breached these terms or the law while using the site or travelling with us.
